Sales Specialist (full time)- Malaysia

Work location：
Malaysia（Kuala Lumpur & Penang is prefered）

I. Main duty
  1. Owner of the Sales and Service process of S.E. Asia.
  2. Achievement of the annual sales and gross margin targets within the expense budget provided.
  3. Cooperate with the head office and HK branch to lay out the Southeast Asian market. Propose a feasible plan and to build a S.E. Asia marketing team in the future.
  4. Daily report of business progress, propose and implement solutions through comprehensive analysis.
  5. Be responsible for solving his or her own personnel problems (insurance, tax and etc.) in local area.
 

2. Qualifications:
•  College degree or above.
•  English and local language／dialect.
•  Min. 3 years sales experience in the waterproofing industry.
•  Valid and clean driving／motor cycle license.
•  No criminal record.
•  Familiar with the S.E. Asia market, contacts in the waterproofing industry.
•  Stable personal life, married with children is preferred. Full-time but able to work on weekends if needed (for travel or customer visits).
•  With a sense of responsibility and tenacious spirit, and be able to respond to customer information in a timely and accurate manner.
•  Self-motivation and self-reflection.
•  Strong product learning and comprehension ability, able to understand the products and promote them in a short period of time.

3. Salary and benefits: 
•  RM 3500-7000 / month plus social and medical Insurance

4. Working place/working hours: 
•  Malaysia (home office) plus travel as needed.
•  In general, 40 hour work week but travel time might be more.
